Sit down to a farm-to-table luau buffet inspired by the islands: Kalua pork slow-cooked in an imu, fresh ahi poke, lomi lomi salmon, shoyu chicken, island-style sides like poi and sweet potato, and local desserts including haupia and tropical cakes.
