By accessing or using the Solani Activities website (solaniactivities.com), making a booking, or providing your contact information, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. SMS Terms of Service
SMS Consent & Opt-In Disclosure
If you consent to receive conversational, informational, and promotional SMS from Solani Activities, you agree to receive SMS messages from us, including:
- Appointment and booking reminders
- Account notifications and transactional updates
- Customer service responses
- Promotional offers and marketing messages
Message Types
You may receive the following types of SMS messages:
- Booking reminders — confirmation and pre-tour reminders
- Account alerts — booking changes, weather notices, schedule updates
- Customer support follow-ups — responses to your inquiries
- Promotional offers — seasonal discounts, special packages, and new tours
- Transactional updates — payment confirmations, refund notifications
Messaging Frequency
Up to 4 messages per month, or as needed based on your booking activity. Frequency varies depending on account activity and tour schedule.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates for SMS and data usage apply depending on your mobile plan. Solani Activities does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from us. You may opt back in at any time by texting START or by re-submitting your consent on our website.

Supported Carriers
SMS messaging is available on most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carrier support may vary.
Privacy of SMS Data
Visit our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
3. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include applicable Hawaii GET (General Excise Tax) and service fees.
- Payments are processed securely through Square. Solani Activities does not store credit card information.
- A booking confirmation with a unique confirmation number will be sent to your email upon successful payment.
- By completing a booking, you confirm that all guest information provided is accurate.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 48+ hours before tour: Cancellations are eligible for a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee.
- Within 48 hours of tour: Bookings are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
- Weather cancellations: Tours operate rain or shine. If a tour provider cancels due to unsafe conditions, guests will be offered a reschedule or full refund.

5. Participation & Guest Responsibility
- Guests must comply with all safety requirements, security screenings, and operator rules at each tour location.
- Age, weight, and health restrictions may apply to specific tours — these are listed on each tour's booking page.
- Guests are responsible for arriving on time at designated pickup locations. Tours cannot be delayed for late arrivals.
- Solani Activities reserves the right to refuse service to guests who are intoxicated, disruptive, or non-compliant with safety rules.
- Participation in adventure activities carries inherent risks. Guests participate voluntarily and at their own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
Solani Activities acts as a booking agent for third-party tour operators. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from participation in tours operated by third parties. Each operator maintains their own insurance and safety protocols.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solani Activities' total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on solaniactivities.com — including text, images, graphics, logos, and tour descriptions — is the property of Solani Activities or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Hawaiʻi.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
